The automated file build feature is the latest in a string of enhancements to the EZPOS Builder Download Management Suite aimed at creating an even more seamless and efficient process for Processors and MSPs to set up terminal file builds.
With the automated file build enabled in the EZPOS Builder system, customers can initiate a file build to either VeriCentre, Term-Master, or Nurit Terminal Control Center, without having to launch any download system or doing any data entry. In addition, it vastly reduces the time necessary to board a merchant and have a terminal file ready for merchant terminal download.
Cynergy Data in New York is EPI's first partner to deploy this functionality in production. "The automated file build allows us to build a terminal file from our internal workflow system without any human intervention," says Marcello Pallidini, CEO of Cynergy Data. "It really increases effiency and reduces the time needed to have a terminal file ready for download to a merchant location."
