Assets under our administration in respect of BEE schemes currently exceed R10,5bn.
In addition to the above our holding company’s Employee Benefit Trust division manages about 16,000 individual trusts with beneficiaries predominantly from the historically disadvantaged group.
Our holding company also handles a very large number of conventional trusts e.g. testamentary, Inter Vivos etc. Included in this portfolio are a few hundred charitable trusts (Public Benefit Organisations). We are very familiar with the regulatory requirements.
Our company is a wholly owned subsidiary of BoE Trust Limited (formerly Syfrets Trust Limited), the oldest Trust Company in South Africa.
